DONE: *solved* add NSRange datatype

Hi Bernd,

it would be kind of you to add NSRange as a base type. I don't know how I would do this on my own. Would - Declare Class "NSRange" - do the job?
so - I found it!

Hi Udo,

the objb replacements are:

    Rect for NSRect
    Range for NSRange
    Point for NSPoint
    Size for NSSize
In objb they are real objects. In objc they are structs.
