To which document for Xcode 3 do you refer? All manuals have been updated for Xcode 4.

Now I understand your issue.
The screenshots are outdated, but the text has been updated. Anyway, thanks to Mark there is a newer version with Xcode 4 screenshots.
I will upload it later.
